24 HR AWAKE STAFF
No time day or night does a request go unanswered. We provide round the clock care. At Silver Acres our night shift remains awake so you can rest easy.
HOSPICE CARE
Silver Acres Adult Family Home accepts Providence and Assured Hospice. We focus on comfort and quality.
MEDICATION MANAGEMENT
Silver Acres Adult Family Home will manage all medications. We coordinate with your physicians and pharmacy.
HEALTH MONITORING
Silver Acres Adult Family Home monitors vital signs daily. We will graph your loved one’s trends and alert their physician if we notice abnormalities.
Prior to admission to Silver Acres Adult Family Home a medical assessment will be performed. Based on the residents needs from the assessment a daily rate will be assigned.
